The editor views
AI Generation, Code, Drawing, and Schematic are four views of one graph's definition; Run / Debug is the view of its execution.
The editor's view dock switches between five views, in this order: AI Generation, Code, Drawing, Schematic, and Run / Debug. The first four are representations of the same graph; the fifth shows a run of it.
- AI Generation (A)
- A prompt box that generates or refines the whole graph with the AI graph builder and applies the result to the canvas. Input only.
- Code (C)
- The semantic IR as JSON, with IR, Mermaid, and Problems subtabs. Editable, and it includes every node — boundary nodes included.
- Drawing (D)
- A rendered Mermaid picture derived from the Code. Read-only; it re-renders when the Code changes.
- Schematic (S)
- The interactive node canvas. This is the source of truth — the surface you draw and wire on.
- Run / Debug
- The current run's output, logs, and trace at full height — the place to read a failure while stepping through it. The same panels also sit in the bottom dock for watching output while you edit.
The right side of the Schematic view carries the execution rails: Run (graph input and run actions), Run cfg (per-node parameters and presets), and Debug (debug controls, with Breakpoints and Memory as subtabs).
