Describe a graph and let the builder draft it
Write what the workflow should do, generate a draft graph, then edit it like anything you drew yourself.
The AI Generation view in the editor — and the Describe graph dialog, opened with File → New from description… — takes a prose description of a workflow and produces a draft graph, which is applied to the canvas as an ordinary editable graph. Nothing is locked afterwards.
What to write
- Name the trigger and the outcome: what starts the workflow, and what counts as done.
- List the steps in order, naming the concrete systems involved — a named service maps to a real integration node far more often than a vague one does.
- Say what should happen when a step fails, if failure handling matters.
- Mention the shape of the data moving between steps when it is not obvious.
