Take over paused automation
When someone deletes their account, their schedules and webhook triggers pause — an admin can take each one over.
Schedules and webhook triggers run as the person who owns them. When that person deletes their account, everything they owned is paused rather than left running as nobody, and it waits on Organization → Paused automation.
- Open Organization → Paused automation (needs the manage-organization permission).
- Find the schedule or webhook trigger under Schedules or Webhook triggers — each row names it and the graph it runs.
- Press Take over. It now runs as you, with your permissions, and is switched back on.
"Nothing is paused" means no deleted account left automation behind. Nothing on this page runs until someone takes it over.
